Accompanied grocery store visit. Purpose is to learn some healthier shopping Habits (includes healthier product choices, understanding food labels, ingredients, etc). We will put a shopping list together for some healthy meal options for you to prepare at home. I will help make sure the items purchased will help you meet your goals.
