What To Expect In Our Sessions
In our coaching sessions we will focus on what types of food we eat and how it affects our hormones. I want you to be able to understand how certain foods you eat will affect you from a basic biological reaction, not just give you a list of foods to choose from.

I am not a doctor, and I will not suggest you take or quit any medications. However, I can help you understand basic principles of your hormones, cholesterol, Type 2 Diabetes and other metabolic syndromes.

What I can offer is a road map that will help your body respond in the way you want, whether you want to shed those stubborn 10 pounds or have 100+ pounds to lose. You will feel healthier, experience less brain fog, be more energized through your days, and you will lose the weight you want. You have the power to help change or even reverse your own health issues, such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, sleep apnea, high blood pressure, and other metabolic diseases. I can help you understand how and why what you eat will affect you in different ways….good or bad!

I can help you with exercise regimens and fitness goals as well. However, this is not my primary focus as a part of your coaching sessions. Exercise by itself is not an effective way to lose weight (you can't out exercise a bad diet). With that said, exercise is healthy for you and should be apart of a healthy lifestyle.
